Imagine an event with a nice surrounding programme of events which also pays attention to the environment, for example through the use of reusable crockery or crockery made from recyclable materials, food from the region and clean waste separation. Here in the Ahrntal Valley and Sand in Taufers, we prioritise environmentally-friendly actions wherever possible. For this reason, we strive when planning, organising and holding events to implement them in an environmentally-friendly way. This concerns, for example, the use of environmentally-friendly products, energy-efficiency, waste management, regional value creation and social responsibility. These goals correspond to the long-term climate strategy of the South Tyrolean provincial government, which has set itself the aim of being climate-neutral by 2040.
